Alfred Blasko started in the food and beverage industry in the mid-90s as a trained pizza and pastry chef. He worked across takeouts, bakeries, catering, hotels, and multi-unit operations—from the kitchen to the boardroom. Later, he ran a seven-restaurant, 152-employee food group, including a major American casual dining franchise in the wider Middle Eastern region.
Beyond operations, he has been involved in restaurant design and fit-out since the 90s, from small takeout spots to high-end projects like bringing Versace Casa to India. After 15 years in real estate development and consulting, he is now launching a food-to-go chain in the UAE and the wider Arab world.
