Mirco Benedetti has been breathing the air of food retail and the Horeca sector for a long time.
He is actively trained in two fields: theoretical, studying industrial design at the IUAV in Venice/San Marino and specialising in interior design, and practical, working in various venues on the Romagna Riviera for more than 8 years as a barman, pr and store manager. This training, together with a constant curiosity and connection with the world of venues, led him to have a distinct knowledge of the sector and the major players in the industry, always proving sensitive to new aesthetic trends, new consumer products and new formats.
It is precisely for this reason that he has now held the position of Commercial Director for several years at AFA Arredamenti, a leading company in the customised furniture sector for commercial premises.
After a few years of technical experience as a draughtsman, designer and then project manager, he entered the commercial world where he consolidated his sales network.
