Mohamed Radhouani

With 16 years of experience in design and construction, Mohamed Radhouani has built a diverse career spanning retail (luxury, boutiques, and hospitality) and architecture (hotels, residential, and commercial spaces). He has led numerous projects and teams in various roles within international architecture firms and major hospitality groups.

His journey began in Paris at the prestigious Studio KO, where he specialized in luxury boutique hotels, apartments, and residences. He then joined YUM! Brands, the world’s largest restaurant franchisor, designing and constructing KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell locations across 23 countries—an experience that deepened his expertise in the F&B industry and its operational processes. Continuing in F&B, he moved to Monaco to support Steak n Shake’s international expansion before joining Five Guys’ international headquarters in Amsterdam seven years ago, spearheading the brand’s growth across Europe, MENA, and APAC.

To date, Mohamed has designed and built projects in over 45 countries, gaining extensive knowledge of diverse contexts and regulations, and evolving global design trends.
