Roberto Zambri is a leading figure in hospitality design, celebrated for his innovative fusion of art and minimalism. As a Senior Associate at COOOP Australia and Partner at COOOP Dubai UAE, Roberto’s design journey began in Cape Town, South Africa, before advancing to senior roles in Johannesburg. There, he honed his skills in commercial hospitality and luxury interior design, laying a solid foundation for his international career.

Roberto’s career trajectory took him to Sydney, Australia, where, as a lead designer and senior associate, he enriched his approach by integrating diverse cultural influences. His design philosophy centres on the belief that impactful spaces are crafted by understanding how they engage with human emotions and senses—core values explored in the COOOP office. Roberto’s work embodies the idea that form should follow feeling, creating environments that cater to all five senses to enhance and support social interactions.

His approach transcends visual aesthetics, focusing on how spaces function and resonate on a sensory level. Currently, Roberto is involved in projects across Australia, Pakistan, the UAE, and South Africa.
