De Horeca Fabriek invents, designs, develops, realises and supervises catering concepts from design to total realisation. Return and structure are always central to our approach. We help develop concepts and formulas that are more than worth the investment. We do this with a team of designers who have extensive catering experience. The way in which visitors view hospitality has changed radically in the last two years. Consumers want to actually enter into a relationship with a hospitality company. They want attention and dedication. In addition, they also associate themselves with certain brands. And those brands become friends! With passion and personal commitment, De Horeca Fabriek develops brands and concepts that make customers happy. Some successful examples are: MaMa Kelly Amsterdam, MaMa Kelly Den Haag, Stan&Co Utrecht, EXKi Nederland, restaurant GOUD Rotterdam, Midtown Grill Amsterdam, Meddens Hilversum and Holland Casino. A design must be both distinctive and effective and fit the location, the target group and the entrepreneur in this specific market. We are curious. Research and target group analysis together form the starting point of our design process. We look for design solutions and make choices based on knowledge, changes in the market and, not entirely unimportant, the feedback from the client. Because he or she must feel connected to his or her concept. Otherwise it is impossible to sell to potential employees and ultimately the visitors.
