LENDstudio is a creative architecture and engineering consortium born from the collaboration and sharing of different experiences of professionals operating in different sectors: architecture, restoration and conservation of cultural heritage, recovery and renovation of widespread buildings, urban and landscape planning, design of interiors and objects, graphics, editing and research. LENDstudio expresses different and integrated knowledge and skills, gained through professional paths with different cultural backgrounds, however all characterized by many years of experience in the different fields of interest. LENDstudio’s goal is to provide a wide range of possible solutions in order to guarantee a complete and integrated high-quality design service. An objective that can only be achieved through rigorous cost control and constant verification of the feasibility of the works. LENDstudio proposes quality as an essential paradigm of a work ethic at the service of our clients. Topics such as the use of new materials, the relationship with the environment, the landscape, the micro-climates of public or private green spaces, the conservation of memory and cultural heritage, the design of objects and internal living spaces constitute the intellectual heritage of LENDstudio’s “doing architecture”. Different areas that are updated while still preserving that artisanal dimension without which the essential and foundational relationship with the tradition – material, cultural and historiographical – of our profession would be lost, now too often at the mercy of the changing and complex socio-economic trends of contemporary society .
