Welcome to my office LOdesigner & partners! 2015 I, Lena Ostapova, an architect and designer, in the spotlight and recognition in Milan, in the famous design district of Brea. The first international award “Le 5 Stagioni, 2015” for an innovative project of a café-club pleasantly spins my head. I have been working since 2003. Every year, my project is published in the media or receives some professional award. But world recognition is very exciting. The project of a Russian designer was recognized by an authoritative jury of Milan interior design experts as the best among 138 applications – the emotions were overwhelming! And then, in a crowd of colleagues, among the noise of a multinational crowd, I had an epiphany! A reprogramming of consciousness! A discovery! It is necessary to collect all your successful experience in interior design and create a design structure for objects in the hospitality industry, uniting all partners together. Over 16 years of professional work and communication with clients, I have understood one important thing about HoReCa interiors: A successful project always has its own history, atmosphere, legend. A successful project touches and involves all 5 human senses (taste, sight, touch, smell, hearing). The whole project is built around the main guest of the establishment and you need to think about how he will like it! This means that by strictly following this design structure, our bureau LOdesigner & partners can make any project successful and passable! If at least every 10th guest of the establishment that we designed becomes its regular customer, I will know that my entire path to success was not in vain!
