Matteo and Salvatore Aloe unveiled their latest restaurant in Kentish Town last month, the second in London.Since opening in 2020, the Clapham Common pizzeria has been listed in restaurant guide ‘Where Chefs Eat,’ and collected a top rating from Italian food expert Gambero Rosso.Now, Kentish Towners can try the artisanal pizza made from living sourdough, light and delicious with seasonal toppings. Soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, it’s pizza that encourages conversation thanks to a simple idea: eight slices so that everyone at the table can try different flavors.
