Brew Bearing is located in an up and coming young neighborhood of Bearing and Lasal. According to this site context, the mood of overall design is upbeat ,energetic and futuristic. Being close to the BTS Skytrain station where the local customers pass by to commute the design of the counter and signage is inspired by the skytrain platforms and train signage elements.
The stainless steel center counter also performed as a futuristic digital clock where the red bars of light runs from empty to full according to the time of the day. Creating different atmosphere between day and night. Seems like a futuristic machine/instrument that synchronize with the beat of the neighborhood. The materials of the exterior and interior space are inspired by the concept of Japanese cyberpunk but being more settle like Bauhaus Retro futuristic sound system where wood stainless and technology combine seamlessly.
