CVI.CHE 105 Coral Gables, located in the dynamic city of Miami, is the result of a detailed and elaborate design process aimed at creating a complete and immersive experience around the product and the brand.
This ceviche restaurant, founded by renowned Peruvian chef Juan Chipoco over a decade ago, focuses on excellence, quality, and customer service. CVI.CHE 105 entrusted us with the task of developing a new design concept for their locations. During the first months of 2023, we dedicated ourselves to conceiving a unique concept that could be replicated in various locations both locally and globally.
Inspired by the idea of a temple where gold, vibrant colors, and meticulous details take center stage, and drawing on the way indigenous Latin American cultures spread throughout populations, we created a design that merges rich cultural tradition with the modernity and avant-garde of a cosmopolitan city like Miami.
CVI.CHE 105 Coral Gables is a space designed to be experienced in multiple ways, where every detail has been carefully selected to create a balanced and harmonious experience. The restaurant features an impressive bar ideal for enjoying a night out; a spacious dining room perfect for sharing an exquisite meal with family; a central area surrounded by reflections designed for special moments; and a terrace that invites you to enjoy the warm Miami nights. Additionally, every corner of the restaurant was conceived to evoke a sense of wonder and discovery, inviting diners to explore and enjoy the cultural and gastronomic richness on offer. It is a place where art, gold, and color harmoniously combine to create a unique experience that leaves a lasting impression on all visitors.
