DAV Milano by Da Vittorio, a unique venue in the modern heart of Milan: an informal casual dining proposal but always centred on the highest quality of raw materials, a style of hospitality that is the flagship of the Da Vittorio system, a location with attention to the smallest detail.Alongside authentic ‘institutions’ such as the pacchero and the elefantino with baked potatoes and candied cherry tomatoes, you can enjoy traditional and innovative dishes and the selection of pizzas, from the Neapolitan to the Roman pala and those with gourmet toppings, signed by Alessio Rovetta. In full Cerea style, the appetiser is served in sharing, or rather in CondiviDAV: 9 courses in sharing format (meat, fish and vegetarian) to please all palates at the table.The art of the aperitif is one of the characteristics of DaV Milano, where you can enjoy finger food and delicacies accompanied by cocktails created by the American Bar overlooking the main room, which offers not only a wide selection of the world’s best spirits, but also a list of signature cocktails capable of satisfying even the most demanding tastes.
