Dhillon’s Brewery, established in 2015, is an award-winning microbrewery located in Coventry, the heart of the Midlands, specialising in well-crafted beers with a slight hint of madness.This beautiful grade two listed building was originally built in the early 13th century and is renowned for being one of the three famous spires of Coventry. Since its completion it has somehow survived King Henry VIII’s dissolution, the tearing down of the monasteries and the devastating 1941 Coventry Blitz. History seeps through the seemingly indestructible stone walls.Choosing a luxury marble bar top, exquisite velvets, textures and patterns alongside soft subtle lighting not only offers a nod to the building’s history but helps ease the transition from daytime to night time seamlessly and eloquently.
