Imperfecto is the new restaurant of Enrique Limardo and the Seven Reasons team. The restaurant is inspired by the intersection of Mediterranean and Latin American cultures, supported by Enrique Limardo’s bold culinary approach.At Imperfecto they believe that human beings are not perfect. We are far from perfect. We are imperfect. And it is imperfection that makes us progress and shows us how to improve.The design of the restaurant is inspired by Greek culture. The oldest definition of ‘perfection’ goes back to Aristotle, who defined it in three ways: that it is complete; that it is so good that nothing like it could be better; that it has achieved its purpose.At Imperfecto we aim to seek perfection, but knowing that we will never achieve it. They do not want to. They are Imperfecto.
