Its internal organisation is optimised to maximise the natural light that filters into the space while maintaining optimal views of the 3 main elements of the Cafe – The Display Counter (and all of the goodness within), The Main Kitchen and the Baking Studio – A small 12 seater extension of Lavonne’s academy catering to specialised classes.
The simple material palette is elevated through intricate detailing with every element carefully curated to add to the overall ambience. The bands of wooden battens running all around the Cafe unify and organize the various elements into a harmonious blend, simultaneously giving the space warmth and a defining character.
The Cafe functions as a minimal yet luxurious backdrop that houses and showcases the best that the Lavonne brand has to offer while serving as a gathering point for the Corporate community and the surrounding residential localities.
The truly unique part of the cafe is that it serves as an extension of the core element of the Lavonne brand – The Baking Academy. Located off to one side of the space, the Baking Studio in the Bellandur Cafe allows guests to experience and visually engage in the craft – both the theater and the hard work behind it. The studio, meant to seat 12 students at a time, puts that on display which is usually behind the scenes – the students, the professionals and the craft they seek to perfect.
