Le Due Valli Food Hall, Pinerolo – Italy

The food court restyling project of Le Due Valli Shopping Centre in Pinerolo (TO) aimed to introduce a new F&B kiosk enhancing the restaurant offer of the mall.
Starting from this goal CBRE, which is in charge of the Property Management of this retail asset, activated the Retail Development Solution (RDS) technical department in order to create a completely new space with a welcoming seating area, a new kids area integrated in the plaza and a new customized baby parking.
RDS Department includes a team of architects and designers daily involved in projects of restyling and refurbishment of retail assets, starting from the preliminary concept design to the project & construction activities leading to the final opening.
The main goal of CBRE RDS’ team is to create an attractive and comfortable environment where customers can enjoy their time and live a pleasant experience in the shopping center.
A deep analysis of the existing status and a focus on customers’ needs was the basis to design the best tailor-made project for Le Due Valli Shopping center.
Indeed, the renovated food court includes alternative seating options, to best accommodate various needs, from quick coffees to relaxed lunches. Another key point is the synergy of food court and kids’ spaces. The custom-designed kids area and baby parking contributed to add a unique identity and sense of belonging.
Positive feedback from customers highlights the project’s success in creating a comfortable and attractive environment at Le Due Valli Shopping Center and represent the greatest achievement for RDS team.
