Starting in the food and beverage sector with an internship in Germany, he established his first restaurant, the Classic Western Steakhouse, in 2008. He combined two culinary concepts to open Reef & Beef in Düsseldorf and Cologne. Drawing inspiration from the satisfaction of his patrons, he expanded his passion to Dubai, where he is excited to surround himself with discerning food enthusiasts. At the heart of Mansur’s philosophy is a deep-seated commitment to his fine dining ethos, which he quote “Good is bad, very good is okay, excellence is our duty.”
Reef & Beef features three distinct dining zones: the dining area, outdoor area and the lounge, each offering a unique ambiance for various moods and occasions. The eclectic design combines classic elements with minimalist materials, using wood and grass alongside a charcoal to black colour scheme. Warm lighting and decorative accents provide pops of colour.
